We’re Hiring!

My brother, sister, and I made a decision a few weeks back, and that’s to recommit and redouble our efforts to spread EFT Tapping to those who need it most, especially in these tough times.

Even though we’ve had to cancel or delay a couple of internal promotions because of the economic climate, and that’s tough for a small business like ours, we believe now is the time to grow this message.

You will enjoy flexible workdays, BUT these jobs are all results-oriented. When and where you choose to work is completely up to you. Our team typically operates on a 5-day work week and we have flexible vacation policies.

In short, provided that you produce work that is exceptional and delivered on time, you can work whenever you want. Your base compensation will be competitive and you will work remotely. This is a (mostly) remote position.

Once or twice per year, we host in-person retreats with the entire team. You will need to attend those events, but otherwise you can live anywhere in the world, so long as you have a good internet connection and are available for weekly (or sometimes daily) calls.

Generally, it is easier to schedule and coordinate with people who live in Eastern or Central time zones, but exceptional candidates from all areas will be considered.

Ideal Candidates

We have very high expectations and there are a few non-negotiable traits that any successful candidate will need to possess:

1. Have a desire for constant learning and growth. There’s always something new to learn in the ever-changing world of marketing!

2. Be comfortable with failure. We would rather have someone fail than not try at all or be afraid of trying something new.

3. Maintain supportive team relationships. It’s so important to build each other up, especially during this time, and help to create an environment where we can grow to our fullest potential and feel empowered to solve problems.

4. Be accountable and reliable. You’ll be very busy. Taking responsibility for how your work attains the company goals is as essential as making sure you always hit your deadlines.

5. Be interested in helping others. This applies to the work environment and also on a larger scale and includes a firm belief in the general field of self-help/holistic modalities.

6. Be honest and maintain integrity. An environment of trust is critical to building healthy relationships and a healthy organization.

7. Be self-sufficient. This is a remote position and our management style is very hands-off. Most days, you will be managing yourself. This doesn’t mean you won’t be held accountable for your work, but that you’ll be trusted to get it done.

8. Be on the lookout for improvements. There are always better and more efficient ways to do…well, everything! Be open and welcoming to change and always seeking new methods for how we can improve how we work.

9. Be proactive and take initiative. Something unexpected always happens. You must be capable of looking ahead and preventing problems before they happen, and solving issues on the fly without continual input from other team members.

This is important: It is likely that you will be asked to perform a variety of duties that fall outside your job description. That is life in a small company, and it is why we hire people who are ambitious and exceptional.

The ideal candidate will prevent problems whenever possible, solve problems quickly once they arise, and be willing (perhaps even eager) to step outside their stated role and get things done.

b. Cover letter should include the following:

iv. An explanation of no more than 200 words describing why you are the perfect fit for the position you’re applying for
c. The intro video should answer the following:
