How does this Enchantress year affect my cycle and me?

The Enchantress energy is going to enhance every pre-menstrual phase this year. Now before you panic, remember that the Enchantress is about change - and to change with ease and grace, we have to let go and dance with her.
The pre-menstrual phase can be challenging. The Enchantress takes us into the darkness where we can’t see where we are going or what we should do, and she asks us to feel our way. In a world where the thinking mind is dominant, and we have to fight our cyclic nature to fit in, the Enchantress fights back to remind us of who we are – amazing, empowered, love-focused Cyclic Women. In our dark subconscious lie our restricting beliefs, patterns and memories, and the Enchantress brings them up into consciousness for us to clear to make new space for new beginnings within our self.
So, we embrace our Enchantress Time – our pre-menstrual phase - and we let go, meet our needs and nurture our self, and then the old patterns naturally break down, unravel and disperse without any effort and with a beautiful-feeling rightness.
The Enchantress energies will also influence the other three archetypes. The Enchantress will walk alongside each archetype, bringing them her gifts - a little more passion in the Crone / menstrual phase, a little more chaos in the Maiden / pre-ovulation phase, and little more wild magic in the Mother / ovulation phase.
