would you say balance of solar plexus will make it easier talking to someone you like? I'm not sure if mine is balanced yet, I can feel it but how do you know when a chakra is fully balanced? Is it a strong feeling of energy you get on each one?

yes it definitely would as this is the place we hold our courage, social skills. When the chakras are balanced generally there is a sense of well being and we dont lack the qualities the chakras help express.
