Moondial or moondala are important in our goddess/womb wellness journey. It helps us track our cycle, it aids us in tracking which goddess archetype we are in and as we continue this practice we see how we flow into one archetype and into another. This also helps us to check in with or higher self on a daily basis as we note down how we feel mind body and spirit.
